How it works

From a quick chat to launch day in about two weeks

Here’s exactly what happens, step by step. You’ll always know what’s next and what it costs.

    Day 1

    Free chat

    Send us a message through the contact form. Then we meet for a coffee in Chilliwack or have a quick call. You tell us about your business, your customers and what you want people to do (call, visit, book). We’ll suggest a package and give you a fixed price. No pressure, no obligation.

    Days 2–3

    You send a few things

    Your logo (if you have one), a handful of photos, your hours, services and prices. Don’t have good photos? We can use clean illustrations or book a quick local photo session.

    Days 4–10

    We build your site

    We write friendly words for your site, design it to fit your business, and set up the map, buttons and forms. You don’t need to do anything technical.

    Days 10–12

    You look it over

    We send you a private preview link to try on your phone. Tell us what you’d like changed, in plain words. We take care of it.

  5. 5
    Day 14 or so

    Launch day!

    Your site goes live on your own web address. We connect it to Google, show you around and hand over everything you own. The second half of your payment is due now.

    After that

    We’re still here

    With the Care plan, just send us a note when your hours or prices change. Without it, you can always ask us for small changes.

Your checklist

What we’ll need from you

Don’t worry if you don’t have all of it. We’ll figure it out together.

  • Your business name, phone number and the areas you serve
  • Your opening hours
  • A short list of what you sell or do (and prices, if you want them shown)
  • Your logo, if you have one
  • 5–15 photos (phone photos are fine!)
  • Any reviews you’re proud of
  • Your web address, or we’ll help you pick and register one in your name

You own everything

Your web address is registered in your name. Your words and photos are yours. If you ever want to move on, we’ll hand everything over. No hostage-taking, ever.

Easy ways to pay

Pay by e-Transfer, cash or card (through PayPal). It’s half up front and half at launch, on a simple invoice. The Care plan can bill itself monthly or yearly so you don’t have to remember.
